Deep tissue massage aims to release the chronic patterns of tension in the body through slow strokes and deep finger pressure on the contracted areas, either following or going across the fibre's of the muscles, tendons and fascia.

Acupressure massage is the stimulation of acu-points with subtle skilled movements of fingers and thumbs, to improve energy flow, nourish and move stagnated energy and blood. Skilled use of acupressure allows tension and chronic pain to be dealt with swiftly and with minimal discomfort.
