Shoulder Pain, Post viral fatigue, well being
“I first went to see Alex suffering from a painful shoulder. It is a tribute to his eclectic range of skills that after two sessions I had more or less forgotten about my shoulder and moved on to much deeper issues to do with symptoms from post-viral fatigue that had got so bad I was looking at leaving my job. Sessions involved physiotherapy, acupuncture, Reiki and dietary advice that has really helped me get back on track. That was a couple of months ago and since then I have returned to work and even applied for promotion. A massive thank you Alex for helping give me the energy to resume my life in so many ways. Yours sincerely, Mark Darbey“
Fatigue, Stress, well being
“When you move to a new acupuncturist you never know how they will turn out, particularly if you have had a number of very good ones in the past as I have been lucky enough to have, as well as a few not so good. When Alex Boylan at Re-Creation was recommended last year as someone to try, the main factor was he was 5 minutes walk from where I live and work. I went along not knowing what to expect.
Since then, Alex’s treatment has been superb and become very much part of the schedule of my life. I went along for constitutional reasons and his acupuncture and dietary advice have helped transform my life. I am healthier, less stressed, sleeping well and enjoying an improvement in my overall quality of daily life. I have had immediate problems- upset stomach, headaches etc. sorted out within a day of a session, and longer term issues clear up over brief periods of time.
In short, I cannot recommend Alex too highly. His calm quiet, understanding mode of treatment creates a relaxing environment where one feels one actively wants to get better. Very good indeed.” Jake Murray (Associate Artistic Director, Royal Exchange Theatre)
